 REDMI 10X SERIES:

 Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi 10X and Redmi 10X Pro in China today. This phones have been added to their new X SERIES. Redmi 10X(5G) & Redmi 10X Pro are the first  ever phones to be packed with the new MediaTek  Dimensity 820 SOC while supporting for the dual 5G standby. Xiaomi also claims that the Redmi 10X has the Antutu score of 410,000.Also this series comes with the Samsung made AMOLED display.

With the help of the dual 5G standby mode ,this helps the device to be connected in a 5G network seamlessly.Their new 5G Ultrasave energy mode helps for the optimal and sustained signal strength at  the lowest battery power.

 The brand also tells that they have well optimised the device for different scenarios such as in elevators , high speed transport.

First of all I want to clearly mention you that the REDMI 10X comes in two editions  one is is the 5G edition  and other is the 4G edition.

REDMI 10X (4G):

Well starting from the display, it has a 6.53" FHD+ IPS LCD panel and there is also a small notch and Xiaomi calls this as a  Dot display and the screen resolution is 2340*1080. The screen brightness can go up to 450 nits and the contrast ratio is 1500:1. The display is protected by the corning glass 5. This phone also gets the IP53 certification and not IP68, so this gets the splash proof protection. The dimensions are 162.3*77.2*8.9 mm and it weighs about 199g .It has the dual sim support with a dedicated micro-SD slot.It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 manufactured in 12nm process. In the CPU part it has 2*A75 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and 6*A55 cores . It has the ARM G52 MC2 GPU.Surprisingly this does not havc any cooling systems comparing to the other edition. In the camera department, the rear camera has the main sensor  48MP , the ultra wide sensor about 8MP which has 118 degree Field of view, 2 MP macro sensor and finally 2MP  depth sensor.The front camera has a 13MP sensor and the aperture of the lens is f/2.25.This device does have a rear-fingerprint sensor and not in-screen.The device is run by the 5020 mAh battery also 22.5W charger is included in the box. It has also support for 9W reverse wireless charging. For audio it has 3.5mm headphone jack.It runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10 out of the box.

Finally this comes in two variants 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB.It is available in 3 colours - Skyline Blue,Forest Green,Frost White.

PRICING:-

      4+128 GB is priced at RMB 999 (roughly about 10,500 INR /-) 

      6+128 GB (For this variant the price is not clearly mentioned.)

Since the two phones share more common things ,I have just combined them first let's see the similarities 

Similarities:

       

           Both of them have 6.57" ,FHD +  AMOLED panel and the screen resolution is 2400*1800.The screen brigtness can go upto 800 nit(max). They also IP53 certification - splash proof . The front and back panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The dimensions are 164.16*75.75*8. 99 mm and weighs about 206 mm.Support for dual 5G standby is available.It has  MediaTek Dimensity 820 clocked at 2.6 GHz . It has A76+A55 core is CPU and Mali-G57 GPU.It has UFS 2.1 storage .An optical in-screen fingerprint is available  .For heat dissipation liquid cooling technology is attached. 3.5mm headphone jack is also available for the audio port.They have all the necessary basic sensors and they come in four colours - Twilight Purple,Deep Ocean Blue,Starlight White, Lunar Gold. 

Differences:

Redmi 10X Pro:

In the rear camera , the main sensor is 48MP, 8MP wide angle sensor with 119 degree Field of View, 8 MP Telephoto lens which can go upto 30X digital zoom and the 5MP macro sensor and a 20MP front camera sensor.It also has NFC support.The device is powered by 4520 mAh battery and 33W charger is included in the box itself and 9W reverse wireless charging support.The device comes in two variants 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256 GB. 

Redmi 10X (5G):

In the camera department , the rear camera has 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP depth sensor and a 16MP front camera.This is also powered by the 4250 mAh battery and a 22.5W charger is included in the box.The 9W reverse wireless charging feature is also offered.Finally it comes in four variants - 6GB+64GB ,6GB+128 GB , 8GB+128 GB, 8GB+256GB.
