Oneplus may launch OnePlus Nord Lite as a lighter version of Nord.

OnePlus team is creating a massive hype to their upcoming midrange smartphone OnePlus Nord, which will be unveiled in July 21 and the Pre-order starts 15th July in India. Now a OnPlus device named ONEPLUS BE2028 has been hinted at the Geekbench site. It is seen that the smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 690.


Oneplus Nord Lite

There are chances that the OnePlus may launch this device as a lighter version of the Nord phone and it may be called as OnePlus Nord Lite. From the image we can also see that the device has a 6GB of RAM and runs on Android 10 out of the box. 

Specifications Of Snapdragon 690 

If you see the specifications of the chipset Snapdragon 690, it has a high performing 2x Kryo 560 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and the energy efficient 6x Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.7GHz. The chipset is manufactured in 8nm process. It has an Adreno 619 GPU. Also this Snapdragon does support 5G connectivity, WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. It is to be noted that this is the first ever 600 series chipset to support 5G connectivity and 4K HDR Video recording. Qualcomm's Quick Charge 4+ technology can also be hold up in this chipset. It can also support some high quality display panels like QHD @ 60Hz and FHD+ @120 Hz. It can handle the primary camera sensor upto 192 Megapixels. It can also be able to carry NFC certification. But the smartphone manufacturers will definitely cutdown this feature when it arrives in India.

It is a perfect lit when one of the leading smartphone manufacturers like OnePlus combines this hardware with their famous Oxygen Os and brought for around 15K. It is not yet officially confirmed that the listed device as OnePlus Nord Lite. We have to wait until the company discloses the news officially.
